1) General principles
- Our services involve scheduling human Talent and coordination. Once confirmed, Talent may decline other jobs to honor your booking. For this reason, certain fees are non-refundable.
- This Policy applies to direct bookings with Models Dubai unless your contract states otherwise.
2) Retainers and prepayments
- A prepayment (typically 50%) is required to confirm new-client bookings. Unless stated otherwise in your quote, retainers are non-refundable.
- Prepayments are credited against the final invoice.
3) Client-initiated cancellation
- 7+ days before call time: refundable amounts (if any) = sums paid beyond the non-refundable retainer, less any documented third-party costs.
- 72 hours to 7 days: charge 50% of the total booking value (or retain retainer if greater) plus non-recoverable third-party costs.
- Less than 72 hours or no-show: charge 100% of the total booking value.
4) Rescheduling
- We will attempt to reschedule once without additional coordination fees if notified at least 72 hours before call time and Talent/venue availability allows.
- Rate differences, new buyouts, travel or out-of-scope costs may apply to the new date/time.
- Reschedules within 72 hours are treated as a cancellation plus a new booking unless stated otherwise in writing.
5) Overtime, partial performance and early wrap
- Overtime is billed in agreed increments after the contracted window, subject to Talent consent.
- If the Client wraps early by choice, contracted minimums still apply.
- If Talent departs early due to safety concerns, unlawful conditions, or material Client breach, the booking is deemed delivered and refundable amounts, if any, are at our discretion.
6) Non-refundable items
- Usage/buyouts once the shoot has occurred.
- Rush/expedite fees, permits, visas, venue/parking passes, glam/wardrobe hires already incurred.
- Custom wardrobe or materials that cannot be returned.
- Bank/payment processing fees.
7) Agency-initiated changes
- If unforeseen events affect a specific Talent, we will propose suitable replacements of comparable tier/fit. If no reasonable alternative is available, we will refund the affected portion paid for that Talent and related service fees.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by changes outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure in the Terms).
8) How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with booking reference, date, and reason.
- We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve within 7–14 business days after agreement.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer in AED unless otherwise agreed.
9) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unwarranted chargebacks on delivered or non-refundable components may be disputed with documentation (contracts, call sheets, timesheets).
10) Governing terms
This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict, the signed booking confirmation or bespoke contract controls for that booking.
